Karl is a 49 year resident of Cody and has been actively involved in real estate for over 45 years. He has an Associates of Business Degree from Northwest College, is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI) & holds the nationally recognized CRB and CRS designations. Karl is a past president and REALTOR(R) of the year of the Northwest Board of REALTORS(R), and past District Vice President of the Wyoming Association of REALTORS(R). Karl is a 15-year member of Forward Cody, the economic development organization in Cody. . He enjoys his family, golfing, fishing and is a retired member of the Cody Fire Department.
