Marty Coe

Marty Coe lived in Laramie and graduated from the University of Wyoming. She moved to Cody in 1971. She became a licensed Realtor in 1990 and has a successful career as an Associate Broker. Her personal commitment to give back to the community, and state led her to serve on the following boards: Cody School District #6, Northwest College Board, Yellowstone Behavioral Health, UW Alumni Association, Wyoming’s Council for Women’s Issues, and the Cody Medical Foundation.
A strong believer in education, she stays current on market changes and available services. Marty enjoys collaborating with new buyers, all types of sellers and individuals going through life changes.
Her three children and seven grandchildren are her proudest achievement. They join her on wilderness trips, hiking, riding, dog loving and cooking.
