Marty Coe was raised in Laramie and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BA in English. She moved to Cody in 1971. She was licensed to sell real estate in 1990 and has thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the profession. Marty loves and knows best the community she lives in. Some of her personal experiences include serving on the following boards: Cody School District #6, Northwest College, Yellowstone Behavioral Health, UW Alumni Assoc., and Wyoming Council for Women's Issues. She currently serves on the Cody Medical Foundation and the Cody Arbor Board.
Marty truly believes that you should love where you live and can guide you through making your first investment, finding your dream home or buying your forever recreational ranch. She feels very fortunate to have received career awards during her years as an associate broker. In 2019 Berkshire Hathaway Home Services awarded her the President's Circle award for being in
the top 5% of the network.
When she is not working, Marty enjoys spending time with her three children, seven grandchildren and two dogs. Her favorite vacation is cooking in the wilderness on horse packing trips with friends and family.
