Haylee Nieters

Haylee Nieters is a part of a third generation Cody family who indulges in farming, ranching, and real estate development. Residing in Cody for the last 15 years has allowed her to experience all Cody has to offer, and she strives to help others do the same. Haylee has been around the industry for as long as she can remember. Her passion is helping others and making the home buying process as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Buying or selling in the Cowboy State is no easy job, but it’s a task Haylee is excited to guide her clients through, while creating a bond that will last through the years. 

Haylee and husband Nic, a flight instructor pilot for Choice Aviation, own a fixer upper in downtown Cody which is where you can find them most weekends. Haylee enjoys all things home related and when she’s not selling real estate or renovating it, she is decorating it. Haylee understands how difficult decorating a home can be and is always ready to help with staging tips to upgrade your home to the perfect hue. 

When they are able to break away from it all, you’ll find Haylee, Nic, and their black Lab Moose, enjoying all the Wyoming wilderness has to offer. Whether it’s in the mountains – hunting, fishing, hiking and camping – Haylee is constantly on the go. She believes there's nowhere quite like the Big Horn Basin and having experienced all that Cody Country has to offer, she really strives to help others do the same.
