As odd as it sounds, most people don’t tend to get home inspections when they are buying a home from someone.
Michael Marlow, a certified master inspector in San Antonio, TX said, “I have yet to inspect a new construction home that didn’t have issues.”
Moral of the story, make sure you are getting your home inspection before signing the paperwork on your new dream home.
